  • 11:00  Lawyers will continue to the Supreme Court. Known around the world as the Royal Courts of Justice and located in the Strand, it is England's primary civil court.
  • 13:00 Welcome reception at Stringer Saul’s offices in Hanover Square, a buffet lunch will be served in our main meeting room.

  • 09:00 In the morning there will be discussions about membership and administration type matters.
  • 12:00  The group will meet at The British Airways London Eye: at 135m high, this is the world's tallest observation wheel, located on the banks of the River Thames and offering spectacular views over London. Since opening at the turn of the century, the London Eye has become an iconic landmark, with a status that can be compared to Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Eros and the Tower of London.
  • 14:00 Lunch at the Fish! Restaurant located at Borough Market. Famed English chef Tony Allen opened the original Fish! in 1999.
  • 17:00 We have shortlisted a number of popular West End musicals for your evening’s entertainment. Please select your preference; the show that collects the highest number of votes will be the one the group will attend. Post theatre supper will be at Browns in St Martin’s Lane Browns St Martins Lane is situated in the heart of London's West End and theatreland surrounded by a dozen theatres, cinemas and the bright lights of Leicester Square. The Building was converted from the original Westminster County Court in 1995 and now houses a superb 300-seater restaurant on its ground floor; famous for its pre/post theatre buzz.

 SUNDAY JAN 28TH, 2007

  • 09:30 Depart London for Oxford (Noon) Lunch at The Malmaison Prison Hotel in the centre of Oxford – this converted, historic prison is incredibly atmospheric.
  • 14:00After lunch, the group will be able to overcome the weekend’s excesses with a walking tour around the colleges that make up the University of Oxford. This is an ideal way to gain an insight into the hidden treasures of the University. The tour starts at Christ Church, one of the largest colleges in the University of Oxford. The tour also includes Corpus Christi College, Founded in 1517 and Merton College, one of three ancient Oxford colleges founded in the thirteenth century; the Queen’s College, one of the oldest constituent Colleges of the University; and New College, founded in 1379. The tour finishes at the Taylorian Institute on St. Giles. (16:00) Return to London.
