The 40th Convention met on Mexico's Caribbean coast in Tulum, with the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya as suggested hotel and meeting point. A welcome cocktail dinner opened the programme; Friday combined the convention meeting and lunch at the hotel with a free afternoon and dinner at Rosa Negra. On Saturday the group took a boat trip from Puerto Aventuras to Xcaret beach, closing the day with dinner at Ilios.
