According to the firm, its common thread is corporate liability in all its aspects, and it defends large international groups as well as SMEs. Its clients include SMEs, international and cross-border groups, CAC 40 members, institutional clients, family offices and media. ILP Global Rechtsanwälte is a law firm based in Cologne, a few steps from the cathedral. According to its website, it has practised nationwide and internationally for over 10 years. It advises in almost all areas of civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on supporting companies in their activities in Germany and abroad. Its clients range from start-ups to medium-sized companies and corporate groups. Listed focus areas include corporate law, M&A and commercial law, German-Spanish contract and commercial law through a Spanish Desk, real estate transactions, inheritance law, receivables management and tax-optimised succession planning.

The firm is a member of ILP Global, an alliance of legally independent law firms from currently five countries. The firm specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial contracts. It says it helps entrepreneurs and companies make safe decisions, reduce risks and extract maximum value from complex M&A transactions. It is a member of e-iURE, a global network of independent law firms, which it says lets it offer coordinated legal support in several jurisdictions.
