Hergüner

Hergüner (Hergüner Bilgen Üçer Attorney Partnership) is an Istanbul law firm established in 1989. It describes itself as Turkey's leading independent business law firm and says it is recognized as the first "Full Service Law Firm" in Turkey. The firm acts as primary counsel or local counsel for foreign and domestic clients. It says it has drafted many first-of-their-kind agreements in cross-border transactions that are still used as model agreements.
