How we work with you:

We seek to work in the most appropriate way for each of our clients, providing an individual service so that we can become your virtual in-house counsel, available when required. McCarthy Denning is a partner only law firm. Rather than operating the usual pyramid structure of law firms where partners generate work for a team of assistants and trainees, at McCarthy Denning, the partners themselves undertake the legal work. This eliminates the double cost of associates undertaking the work and partners reviewing the work and also means that clients have immediate access to the extensive experience partners have built up over a number of years. You do not pay to train the next generation of lawyers. Whilst McCarthy Denning does not have a team of associates on the payroll, there are a number of associates available at any one time to assist the partners if necessary. All have the necessary experience to be partners in law firms but have chosen to provide consultancy services on a more flexible basis. This allows us to keep costs under control at all times. We ensure that the structure of the law firm is designed to support the client, not expensive infrastructure.
