JŠK

JŠK (JŠK, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.) is a law firm based in Prague whose history began in 2004. Its slogan is "Solutions, not just advice", and it names transactions, disputes and regulation as its focus. The firm says it assists in all areas of commercial law, building on the experience of international law firms combined with knowledge of the local environment and a personal approach to clients. Its office is at Ovocný trh 12 in Prague 1, in the Pánská pasáž administrative centre.

Its main practices are M&A, contractual and corporate issues, real estate, banking and finance, dispute resolution, regulation and compliance, e-commerce, arbitration, energy, infrastructure, insurance, and restructuring and insolvency. Other practices include intellectual property, labour, competition, sports, family and inheritance, private equity and venture capital, start-ups, ESG and art law. JŠK is a member of the PONTES network of independent CEE law firms. Through this network it offers services in the Czech Republic and other Central and Eastern European countries. It has no foreign branches and says it works with international law firms on cross-border matters.
